Yes, we’re confident your dog will be very happy at Village Pets.
We have a staff of experienced professionals who are passionate about dogs and will take good care of your pet while you’re away. Our facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for your dog, and we’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise and playtime.
We understand how important it is to you to know that your dog is being taken care of properly, and we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed with the level of service we provide. If we ever feel like Village Pets is not the right environment for your pup, we’ll be honest and let you know.
To keep all the dogs safe, it is compulsory that when your dog comes to Village Pets, they must be up to date with their annual vaccines. It is advisable that all dogs that stay have the kennel cough vaccine, however, it is not compulsory. (Please note that we cannot accept any dog that has been vaccinated against kennel cough within 14 days of administration.)
We’ll supply your dog with a comfortable bed with freshly laundered blankets to sleep on, however, you’re welcome to a blanket from home that can be washed and dried easily if you would prefer. Feel free to send a toy or item of clothing with them if you would like to as well.
As dogs digestions are often sensitive to change, we firmly believe it’s best for them to have their usual food whilst staying with us.
For overnight boarding, please supply their food portioned out into meals, labelled with their full name. We’re happy to feed kibble, raw, or home cooked food, please send any special instructions with regard to storing or feeding along with the food.

As per our booking system times, we welcome your dogs in the morning from 8.30am – 9.00am or in the afternoon 4pm-5pm Monday – Saturday. On a Sunday and Bank holidays its 8.30am – 9am and just 4pm in the afternoon. As we are a small team and are usually busy taking care of the dogs, if you’d like to visit our facilities before booking please contact us to make an appointment.
Your un-neutered/ un-spayed dog is welcome at Village Pets. We provide dog boarding for all breeds and sizes of dogs, from 14 weeks right through to old age. Our staff is experienced in caring for un-neutered dogs and will make sure that your pet receives the love and attention they needs while you’re away, whilst taking into account any additional measures that may need to taken with intact dogs.
Yes, absolutely! We would be more than happy to have you come and take a tour of our facilities and surroundings. We want you to feel confident that your dog will be well taken care of while you’re away.
